Refunds & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your personalized keychain must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Custom-made personalized keychains: Items specifically crafted with names or other unique personalizations cannot be returned due to their customized nature.
To Complete Your Return
To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:
- Items that show signs of use.
- Keychains not in their original condition, damaged, or missing components due to reasons not caused by our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your returned keychain is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace personalized keychains only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at and mail the item to: .
Gifts
If the personalized keychain was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the keychain was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver shipped it to themselves for later delivery, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
